Families love the West Acres neighbourhood where a lot of the consumer opportuites are, including; Costco, Zehrs Imperial and the furture home of Lowes. In the early 2000’s a newer subdivision at Imperial South and Paisley brought more detached homes and many semis as the need for higher density housing appeared. Fusion Homes brought some new residential development into the mix but quickly sold out not meeting the demand. The older homes in Parkwood Gardens sit on large treed lots.
