A Family Legacy

Real estate is more than a career to me. It is a legacy shaped by my father’s example and strengthened through more than three decades of serving families in Guelph.

I moved here in 1977, and it has been home ever since. Long before I earned my license in 1990, I witnessed firsthand what it meant to guide people through decisions that carried real weight. My father approached this profession with integrity, patience, and a deep sense of responsibility — lessons that have remained the foundation of my own career.

After leaving a career in dental technology, I chose to follow in his footsteps with a clear intention: to be honest and ethical, highly skilled, and unwaveringly committed to the people I serve. More than 36 years later, that commitment continues to guide me — in every transaction, and for every client.

The Heart of My Work - 36 Years in the Making

Real estate is, at its core, a people business.  As a solo Realtor, every client works directly with me — from our first conversation to the day the keys change hands.

My role is to provide expert guidance and practical direction at every stage. Preparation matters. Timing matters. Understanding both risk and opportunity matters.

Real estate decisions carry financial and personal consequence. They require more than enthusiasm, they require experienced judgment and disciplined execution.

Over 36 years, I have guided clients through expansion cycles, corrections, competitive markets, and shifting economic conditions. Experience builds pattern recognition and the ability to assess risk quickly, anticipate variables, and adjust strategy with confidence.

My work is grounded in comprehensive market analysis, decades of experience, honest conversation, and strategic execution, so clients can move forward with confidence and achieve the best outcomes. Because this work is not simply about property — it is about helping people shape their futures.

A Journey Built on Trust

Over the years, I’ve been grateful for the recognition I’ve received in this profession. Awards are meaningful, and to me they reflect the relationships and trust behind them.

Every home represents a meaningful moment. Sometimes it’s a beginning, sometimes a transition, and sometimes a difficult decision. Being invited into those moments is something I approach with care and respect.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside remarkable clients, colleagues, and mentors. The collaboration, shared effort, and trust built in those relationships have shaped both my career and the way I practice real estate.

Work Hard. Live Fully.

After decades in real estate, I've learned that clarity and balance matter just as much outside of work as they do within it.

Outside of real estate, you’ll often find me in the garden, on a trail, or exploring somewhere new. Experiencing different places brings gratitude and a deeper connection to both people and nature.

Some of my greatest learning has come from travelling — spending time in places where language, culture, and perspective differ from my own.  Across Mexico, the Caribbean, and throughout  Latin America, I’ve always preferred immersion over itinerary.

Being near the ocean restores me and reminds me to stay curious, open, and grounded, - qualities that shape how I see both the world and my work.

Our Next Chapter - Together

Over the years, I’ve come to appreciate that real estate decisions are rarely simple. They carry significant financial impact, personal meaning, and long-term consequences, and they deserve informed judgement and careful consideration. My role is to help bring perspective and steady direction when those decisions matter most.
