University Village started construction in the late 1960’s and has become a popular family neighbourhood with some student rental condos, semis and detached. Homes range from 1000 sq ft to just over 2200. This south end area is lacking in amenities that can only be found across the Hanlon Expressway. Despite the obvious lack of amenities, Buyers still fight over the cream of the crop in this high demand location.
