Puslinch real estate is pricey compared to the other 6 municipalites in Wellington County due to its proximity to the 401 and Hwy 6.  There are little to no amenities in Puslinch but it is a short drive to Guelph, Cambridge and Kitchener Waterloo.

The residential demographic in Puslinch Township own farms, small acreages, village homes or  executive estate properties.  There is ripe demand for country lots in the rural areas surrounding Guelph, but if you are lucky enough to come across one in Puslinch, a small, raw and unserviced lot could set you back $400k or more. If you can find a country property that needs some work...the ceiling for resale value is pretty high, making it an enticing investment.
