This neighbourhood, east of Gordon St. and south of Stone Rd., started to take shape in 1980 and featured some of the priciest real estate in the City. High-end homes in affluent neighbourhoods are now bordered by an endless supply of investment condominiums. Village by the Arboretum, an exclusive retirement community, is hosted by this area. All of the south end amenities are a short drive by car and the University is within walking distance.
