This community has been evolving since its inception in 1975. The newest homes in this area were built in 2007. Many of the homes in this area have been bought by Investors over the years and now house the majority of th University population outside of residence. In 1975 Stone Rd Mall was this area’s largest commercial enterprise, but this area has since become home to many major retailers and Government offices.
