Sayonara 2020

If you’re like many people, the end of this year cannot come soon enough. Despite all of the extraordinary challenges that we were presented with this year, in our community, our country, and across the globe, I am overwhelmed with a gratitude for all that I have. I am grateful to have earned income, and had the ability to provide for my family when so many others were unable. I am grateful for my family, friends, and clients who helped me to provide support for the many victims of the hurricane in Honduras who lost their homes and were sleeping on the ground. It is difficult to see and hear of people suffering and knowing that you cannot help everyone.

From the Presidential election, to Covid, to hurricanes, the world is a strange place right now. Consciousness is expanding, and the faces of love and hate, compassion and pain, are seen on every corner of every street. It is difficult to ignore someone's bad behaviour, especially when it is directed at you, but how you react is a choice. This is not just a prophetic realization, but also requires practice. "If you are willing to look at another's behaviour as a state of their relationship with themselves rather than a statement about your value as a person, then you will, over a period of time, cease to react at all." ~Yogi Bhajan~

In these challenging times - Be graceful and resilient, be tolerant and compassionate, be helpful and be kind. The energy you release into the universe is the energy you will receive back. I wish you and your family a Merry Christmas, good health, prosperity, and love in 2021!
